Day 1 - Snowpocalypse

People will often say that their whole life flashed before their eyes after they experienced a traumatic event.  Perhaps it's a bit morbid, but I think that sounds pretty incredible.  This project will help me open my eyes to understand what is most important to me in my life.  Imagine being able to look back at any day of your year and recall what you did, who you met, what you learned.... (Often we find it hard to remember what we did just yesterday or even last night, let alone a whole year ago!)  My year-long photo album will be an amazing way to document my travels and accomplishments, my haircuts and relationships.  Ferris Bueller is right when he said, "Life moves pretty fast.  If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it."

Yes, about 3 years ago I started the same blog.  I made it to day 92 and gave up.  I'm not going to quit this year (at least, I hope I won't!).  Looking back at all the pictures I posted brought up so many great moments and memories I will never forget.  I'm hoping this time around will be just the same.
